Sunday Smoothie

You can make a smoothie of anything. Vegetables, fruits, juices and milk also play a vital role in the smoothie’s world. I just like to mix 2-3 types of fruit and some juice to take my daily portion of vitamin. Today I was a bit hungover (yes, again, for the second time during the weekend which is unbelievable nowadays), so I needed a boost to start the day. It was a great weekend, visiting friends and celebrating the birthday of a very good friend of mine but it meant more going out than normally in a month. So I needed this energy boost in the morning. And it did help!

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • 2 apples
  • 15 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 dl red fruit juice

Just add all the ingredients to the mixer and process until  well combined.
