Strawberry cottage cheese smoothie

I am proud of myself today. I went to cycle in the morning and then to the gym in the evening. Using my magic hoop and drinking only smoothies for dinner really makes a difference on the size of my belly. At least my pants tell me. Tonight I was craving for something very fulfilling, and I just got cottage cheese and strawberry, so I just added some banana, yogurt and milk and I my dinner was ready. It is so delicious, I am happy I couldn’t finish it so I will have the same yummy dish for breakfast! :)

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 10 strawberries
  • 150 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g plain yogurt
  • 1 dl milk
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar (or liquid sweetener)
