Salmon with veggies


  • 2 piece of salmon
  • 3-4 pinches salt
  • 2-3 pinches pepper
  • 2 ts lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 20 dkg butter
  • 2 ts thyme
  • 2 ts parsley
  • 500 g diced carrot and peas mixed
  • 300 g bean

Melt the butter and the lemon juice in a pan. Mix all the herbs and spices together. Put the salmon fillet in the pan and pour the herbs mix on top of it. Bake it for 10 minutes on a low heat and then turn it around for another 5-10 minutes, until its nicely baked.

Boil 4 dl water and add the veggies. Cook them for 5 minutes and drain the water.
