Protein cottage cheese bread

 

I wanted to come up with some muffin recipe for the mornings, but it turned out that I am too lazy to use the muffin cups (seriously, how can anyone be so lazy??), so I just poured the dough into a bread pan, and as a result had the best sweet bread ever! You must try it, it is gorgeous!  I had 10 slices of it, which means that there are only 69 kcal in each slice and 7,4 g protein.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 c / 60 g oatmeal flour
  • 2 egg white
  • 1 1/2 c / 200 g cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp / 50 g vanilla protein
  • 3 tbsp coconut

It is the simplest ever, just mix the ingredients, pour it in a baking pan and bake it on 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
