Mango gummy bear


I had some mango juice leftover after the smoothie last night, so I tried the gummy bear recipe I found. You only need to boil the juice and add the powdery gelatine to the pan. It needs to boil for 3 minutes, and then be stored in the fridge overnight. And voila!


  • 5 dl fruit juice
  • 25 g gelatine
