“I mean, what’s not to like? Custard, good. Jam, good. Meat, good!”

Crunchy banana ice cream

14 - 2 I had high fever for 3 days, so today, when it was almost gone, I drank so much water the little shop besides us should refresh its stock, and I was craving for something cold. As February is the month of no sugar, I needed to make something still vibrating with energy. That’s how I found some ripe bananas in the kitchen. I put them in the freezer for half an hour to create the ice cream base. And the rest is … well, you know, I would say history, but soooo easy would fit more the below recipe. I mean, seriously, why didn’t anyone tell me before how easy is to make a healthy treat?

14 - 1

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed
  • 1/2 cup almond/coconut/normal milk

Put the peeled and chopped bananas into the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Add the bananas with the other ingredients to the food processor and mix until well combined. Enjoy! :)
