Corn cream soup

I like the hangover for one reason, that is everything tastes better for me when being hungover. We had a nice girly night yesterday, so today I’m the food machine! This soup is ready in 10 minutes, very fulfilling and delicious. The recipe is based on Giuditta’s recipe, a little bit simplified due to lack of energy, but turned out very tasty! I didn’t make a picture of it, imagine a yellow cream soup with corn pieces. Got it? There you go. :)

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 kg corn
  • 1 l soup base
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 dl cream

The soup is ready in 3 steps:

1, Put the ingredients in a pan and boil them for 5 minutes

2, With a hand mixer process until creamy

3, Enjoy!
