Chocolate chip vanilla pudding


I wanted some quick, easy and delicious dessert today. This chocolate chip pudding was ready in 15 minutes and while we had the main course I let it cool in the freezer. It is so easy I wouldn’t even call it a recipe, but tip no. 1 to spice up your pudding.


  • 1 pudding (in my case gluten free vanilla)
  • 1 handful chocolate chips

Prepare the pudding following the instructions on its box and when its ready, add the chocolate chips. I stirred half of the chocolate pieces in the pudding and put the rest as decoration on top of it. Half of it melts, half of it stays crispy, just as it should be.
