Chestnut smoothie

After a short, but painful run in the morning by the Danube, I needed to just enjoy the silence of the morning and have a smoothie while cooling down. I just found sugar free chestnut puree in the shop yesterday, so I could add a special flavor to my breakfast. I love smoothies and since one of my favorite blog-writers, Szofika is on a diet, I am having more and more of them, as she treats her readers with a new and deliciously looking smoothie recipe almost every day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 tbsb chestnut puree
  • 2 tbsp flax seed flour
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • pinch of cinnamon

Mix the bananas together with the chestnut and the yogurt, then add the flax seed flour to thicken the smoothie and the cinnamon to make it even more special.
