Carrot cake smoothie

I had some leftover carrot from the other day, not enough to make an easy soup but enough for a delicious smoothie. So I made this drink full with vitamins and flavor to replace dinner. This portion fills two 3 dl glasses, enough for two people. Or for one, replacing dinner and breakfast. Shhhh, M doesn’t know yet! ;)

Ingredients:

  • 2 big carrots (or 5-6 small ones in my case)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 ts flax seed
  • 2 cups coconut milk

Grate the carrots in the food processor, then add the other ingredients. Enjoy!
