Breakfast a la Saturday

a4 Weekend is the miracles’ chance to be happened. Now that it’s rainy and snowy outside, there are not a lot of programs to chose from, but still, our weekends are always full (it may be my fault, I just cannot sit around for more than two hours, it feels like I am wasting the precious time). So this weekend is again going to be full of friends and family. It couldn’t be any better! At least not after the perfect kick off of these two days: the ham & eggs bake din oven.

Ingredients for two portions:

  • 8-10 slices of ham
  • 6 eggs
  • Trappist cheese cubes
  • 1 small tomato
  • 2 ts all-purpose spice mix

Lay the hams in the heat-proof dishes. Beat the eggs and add the spices. Pour the eggs in the heat-proof bowls and add the cheese and tomato slices. I placed one ham slice in top of the eggs with a cheese cube and a tomato slice. Bake it for 30 minutes on 160 degrees.

Note: it will double its size in the oven!
