Banana avocado smoothie No.2.


I already told you that I love avocado. I like to just eat it with tomatoes on a nice slice of bread, or use it to make the best chocolate mousse-like filling for the best chocolate cake ever. I already used it in a smoothie which I loved, so I wanted to try something new. Instead of oranges, this time I added 100 % first fruit juice to my smoothie, and it turned out to be a great idea! The fruit juice based smoothie was a perfect morning-starter, not to mention that I was lucky enough to drink it in the morning sunshine looking over the wonderful Danube.


  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 dl 100 % fruit juice (this time forest fruit)
  • 1/3 c honey or 5-10 drops of liquid sweetener
