Banana avocado smoothie No.1.

I love avocado. On bread, in chocolate mousse and in smoothie too. It is such a healthy fruit! The avocado provides a lot of important healthy fat for your body (especially brain, skin, hair, nails) and it stabilizes your blood sugar level. It is a very good to help reduce cholesterol and inflammation throughout the body. Avocado is rich in vitamins, especially B6, C and E. Pairing it with banana and orange makes a perfect energy and vitamin boost for the morning, especially before my morning cycling session! :)

Ingredients (serves two):

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 yogurt
  • 2 c fresh orange juice (from 3-4 oranges)
  • 1/3 c honey or 5-10 drops of liquid sweetener
